Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 12th, 2024 and there are some great deals and specials around town just for moms.

Here are our favorite ideas for celebrating mom this weekend:
1. Free admission for moms at the Milwaukee Public Museum.
The Milwaukee Public Museum offers one free adult admission on Mother’s Day.

2. Free admission for moms at the Milwaukee County Zoo.
Say hello to all of the animals at the Milwaukee County Zoo, especially the moms!
All mothers receive free admission on Sunday, May 12th. Parking and attraction fees remain in effect.
Take time to visit some of the Zoo’s animal moms including prehensile-tailed porcupine, Quinn, giraffes Ziggy and Marlee.
You can also visit the African lioness Patty Sharptooth, and her two offspring Eloise and Amira. Zookeepers say that they best time to see her out and about is in the morning. Look for a straight edge on her left ear, where she was bitten by a another lion at her previous zoo.
3. Free Admission for moms at Discovery World
Discovery World invites you to celebrate Mother’s Day endlessly exploring their amazing exhibits and Wisconsin’s largest aquarium. As a special treat, all moms will receive free admission for the day.
4. Harley Davidson Museum
Receive one (1) Harley-Davidson Museum General Admission adult ticket when you mention the Mother’s Day offer. Valid for entry only on Sunday, May 12, 2024, for in-person use at the Harley-Davidson Museum.

6. Old World Wisconsin
At Old World Wisconsin, W372 S9727 Highway 67, Eagle, moms get free admission on Mother’s Day by mentioning their mom status at the admission gate.
Old World Wisconsin hours on Mother’s Day are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Domes is also doing a Mother’s Day event, though they are not offering free admission.
The Friends of Boerner Botanical Gardens is offering a free event for families this year. However, it does not include free admission to the gardens.
Lowlands Cafes typically treat moms to one complimentary “Mom-osa” or Lowlands Brewing Collaborative bier.
