Overview
Honey Creek Orchard is truly a family-run operation. Farmer Joe, along with his wife Grace and their three children, Hailee, Charlie, and Owen, started with a dream of creating a space where families could make memories and learn about where their food comes from.
In 2016, they purchased the land and began planting what is now an impressive orchard with over 2,400 apple trees and 75 unique apple varieties.
Joe’s horticulture background shines through in the variety of apples they offer, some of which you might not find at your usual grocery store. From fresh-eating favorites like Honeycrisp and Ambrosia to lesser-known varieties like Calville Blanc and Ashmeads Kernel (perfect for cider or pie), there’s something for every apple lover.
Activities for Kids
Kids can climb, slide, and explore to their hearts’ content at the natural playground, complete with life-size tube slides and oversized wooden blocks.
The corn silo is a favorite spot for little ones to dig in and play, while older kids can test their skills with a game of tractor basketball at the farm’s custom hoops.
Animal Fun
The animals at Honey Creek Orchard add another level of excitement for visitors. The farm’s animal collection includes donkeys, chickens, mini goats, a mini cow, and even emus. These friendly farm animals are a delight for kids, who can visit and learn about them while exploring the farm.
The Western Town
For something a little different, be sure to check out Honey Creek Orchard’s Western Town.
Modeled after a Wild West setting, it features buildings like the Honey Creek Mill, a bathhouse, and a feed & seed store. Kids can wander through these old-timey structures and let their imaginations run wild.
Pumpkins
Later in the fall season, Honey Creek Orchard offers pumpkins and gourds.
Baked Goods
While you’re there, don’t miss the fresh apple cider donuts made on-site each morning. Honey Creek Orchard also offers other delicious farm treats like apple pies, cookies, apple bread, and freshly pressed apple cider.
These goodies are sold at the farm’s barn, which houses their concessions and snacks—perfect for refueling after a day of fun

Honey Creek Orchard is located at 8210 Pioneer Rd in Cedarburg, WI. Admission covers unlimited access to all the farm activities, including the playground, farm animal area, and Western Town. Apple picking is available for an additional fee.
